Our Services

1

Youth ADHD Coaching
Ages 8-17

Our services combine skills-based learning with evidence-based methods to support children in their academic and interpersonal goals. By integrating structured coaching with parent support, we provide a comprehensive approach that addresses the multifaceted challenges of ADHD. Specific areas that will be targeted include, but are not limited to,: time management, task initiation, prioritizing and planning, organization, and coping skills. The goals depend on the unique circumstances the child and family are facing.

2

College-Age/Adult Coaching
Ages 18+

Increasing executive functioning skills with adults includes targeting time management, motivation, self-esteem, and autonomy.  The goals are to support individuals to  stay on task, organize a room and work space, and manage the overwhelm that comes with a To Do list. By equipping individuals with practical tools and confidence, those with ADHD learn to thrive.  Whether you want better grades, more motivation at work, better relational functioning, or help with a college courseload, executive functioning coaching can help achieve success.

3

Parent Coaching

Parenting a child with ADHD or executive functioning liabilities can be challenging. What's the right approach to night routines? How do you support a child in college who has to implement his or her own structure? ADHD parent coaching can address these difficulties in a supportive, structured process that helps parents better understand ADHD and learn effective support strategies. It focuses on practical tools, emotional support, and consistent parenting techniques tailored to the unique challenges of raising a child with ADHD.
