Youth ADHD Coaching

Our services combine skills-based learning with evidence-based methods to support children in their academic and interpersonal goals. By integrating structured coaching with parent support, we provide a comprehensive approach that addresses the multifaceted challenges of ADHD. Specific areas that will be targeted include, but are not limited to: time management, scheduling and planning, organization, and coping skills.

Adolescent/Young Adult EF Coaching

Increasing executive functioning skills with adolescents includes targeting: time management, motivation, self-esteem, and independence and autonomy.  By equipping adolescents with practical tools and creating a robust support system, teens with ADHD learn to thrive during this critical developmental stage. Whether your teen wants better grades, more motivation, better study skills, or help with a college courseload, executive functioning coaching can help them achieve success.

Perimenopause/Menopause Focus Training

Our coaching tailored for women in perimenopause/menopause

acknowledges the unique emotional shifts occurring during this phase. One frustrating symptom is brain fog, which may include forgetfulness, reduced mental clarity, and difficulty focusing. Understanding the underlying causes and implementing evidence-based strategies can significantly improve cognitive functioning. With lifestyle adjustments and support, cognitive clarity often improves over time.

About Me

Kristen Tyler, PsyD, M.Ed, ADHD-CCSP

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois, and my Master’s in Education from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. My experience as a clinical psychologist and early childhood educator has informed how I work with individuals facing challenges related ADHD and Executive Functioning.
